For teachers and school IT teams

Try one lesson with your class

Start with one teacher and a small class. These steps test the real school environment, not just a personal browser.

  1. Open a lesson on a school-managed Chromebook or tablet. Check that reading, diagrams and source links work.
  2. Select “Share to Google Classroom”, choose a test class and review the pupil link before posting. Never assign the teacher-answer page.
  3. Ask a pupil to open the assignment using a school-managed account. The KEO lesson should open without KEO registration.
  4. Try the pupil worksheet, RTF download and Print / Save PDF. Confirm that the pupil version contains no answer key.
  5. Complete the activity on paper or in the school’s own document. Hand it in through the teacher’s normal process. There is no automatic grade transfer.
  6. Check on a narrow screen and with keyboard navigation. Try browser zoom and the school’s accessibility tools.
  7. Record any filtering, printing, pop-up or download problems. School IT may need to allow access to kids.earth.org and the domains serving required images. Classroom sharing does not override school filters.

Useful feedback

Please tell us the lesson title, approximate age group, device/browser, what worked and what failed. Include no pupil names, email addresses, class lists, completed work or identifying screenshots.

Teachers can send feedback to keofeedback@earth.org.

What this integration does

It shares ordinary pupil-resource links to Classroom. Pupils read and work without a KEO account. Teachers handle assignments and assessment within their school. Classroom sharing is not a Google-approved add-on, and there is no automatic grade sync.
