Avril is a high school student at the Chinese International School of Hong Kong. Growing up with many outdoor hobbies and interests, she is very passionate about protecting the environment—about protecting the ecosystems that she sees are beautiful and intricate. Avril wishes to be able to spark the same passion and wonder in others, while spotlighting today’s most urgent environmental crises. After all, it is humans who depend on the Earth, not the other way around.
